All personal and sensitive information transmitted by this site is encrypted in accordance with the worldwide standard for Internet browser encryption. As an additional security measure, your credit card may also be protected by your bank. However, as no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit or receive through our websites. Check-In

In order to ensure on-time departures every passenger should complete Check-In no later than 30 minutes prior to departure time. Failure to check-in within the required time will result in loss of the fare.

Conditions of Carriage

We do not guarantee that the carrier will be able to carry you, your baggage or freight on the date and time of the scheduled flight. Schedules may change and flights may be delayed for a number of reasons, these may include: Bad Weather, Air Traffic Control Delays and Technical Disruptions. Flight times do not form part of your contract of carriage.

Passenger Conduct

The Carrier reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person who seeks to travel in violation of any applicable law or otherwise in breach of the Terms and Conditions of carriage or who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or if it is necessary for the safety of other passengers or for the protection of property. Passengers shall comply with all the instructions of the Carrier's Employees or Agents.

Dangerous Goods

Civil Aviation Safety Regulations forbid the carriage of most items of Dangerous Goods onto an aircraft. If you suspect that your checked baggage or carry-on baggage may contain Dangerous Goods, these include Firearms and Ammunition in checked baggage, you MUST declare this at Check-In.

Baggage Allowance and Restrictions

The included baggage allowance per full paying passenger is 16kgs checked baggage and 4kg hand luggage. Passengers are limited to one item of carry-on baggage. Anything above this allowance will attract an excess baggage fee. Please consult departure port for excess baggage fees. Baggage is, where possible, carried on the same flight as the passenger. However, where this is impractical it may be carried on the next available flight or an earlier flight if delivered to Check-In prior to travel. The Carrier may refuse carriage of any baggage that in its view is unsuitable for carriage for any reason. Valuable or fragile items are carried solely at the passenger's risk. Claims for immediately identifiable baggage damage or loss must be reported to the handling agent prior to the baggage leaving the airport. Further information on baggage allowances and restrictions is available at the airport.

Carriage of Infants, Children and Unaccompanied Minors

Definitions: An infant is a person 0-2 years of age, a child is a person 3-12 years of age and unaccompanied minor is a person between the ages of 7-14 years of age who is travelling alone.

At Check-In, if the agent decides that proof of age is required, they may ask the parent/legal guardian to provide such evidence. Failure to provide such documentation may result in refusal of travel. Where an infant is carried in the arms of an adult, there is no fare charged for the infant. Where an infant is carried in a bassinet or a car type infant seat and such device is occupying a seat on-board the aircraft, full seat fare will apply. Full fare will apply to children and unaccompanied minors. The person escorting the unaccompanied minor must stay at the departure airport terminal until the aircraft has departed. The unaccompanied minor shall not be released until the identity of the receiver (person meeting child on arrival) has been established and verified with the details on the Unaccompanied Minor Form.

Travel Amendment and Cancellation Policy

Name changes are permitted up to 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time.

A refund of 50% of fare purchase price will apply where a passenger cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to departure. Where a cancellation is made by a passenger less than 7 days prior to departure, no refund shall be due or payable. Where a cancellation of the service is made by the Carrier, passengers shall be refunded 100% of the fare purchase price. Delays do not constitute cancellation of service.

Limit of Liability

The Carrier, booking agents and all parties associated with conduct of operations applicable to this contract, are not liable for missed connections or appointments or for any consequential or other losses.

Australian Law

These Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in all respects in accordance with Australian Law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian Courts.

Conditions of Carriage and Contract

The carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by air will be subject to the conditions of contract and the conditions of carriage of the Airline.
